Q. When is the election for District 3 School Board member? How long is the term? When will it go into effect?

A. The election for those Gwinnett County School Board members whose term ends in 2012 will be on November 6, 2012. If there is a primary contest, that election will be July 31, 2012.

Q. Who can vote for you? What precincts are in District 3?

A. Registered voters from the reapportioned District 3 will be eligible to vote in the November 6, 2012 General Election. If there is a Primary Election July 31, 2012, all voters must be registered to vote in the Gwinnett County in which they reside.
